 1.summary

In this class, we learned how to find reliable materials such as research. Representative sites were Google Books and Google Scholar. On Google Books, you can find a variety of materials and freely read the pages you want. Books are limited in offline bookstores (whether borrowed by someone or not purchased from a bookstore), but not in Google Books. I can find the information I want at any time. Next, Google Scholar told me a special setting because there is a lot of unreliable information.

And he told us how to find the right materials. He also explained what makes materials good. Number one is ranking. Ranking is information that people find a lot, and it seems like a good way to increase reliability. Number two is to check publishers or authors. If you search publishers or authors and check if they are verified people, you will definitely increase reliability.

2.interesting

After taking this class, I was interested in the information power of this modern society, which allows us to find information freely. We can find information anytime, anywhere with the Internet and smart devices. I search for information to do assignments, look at bus information when I go to school, and look for information when I don't know about people's minds. (Love is too difficult!) This information society certainly gives us a lot of convenience. Did people in the past know that such a society would come? Maybe the modern information society did not come because they wanted to acquire such information quickly? It is very interesting fact.

3.discussion

In the information society, we definitely get a lot of information and a convenience in our lives. Work, exercise, daily life, food, home, etc. (Maybe every part of our lives) Maybe we can't live without information anymore. So we have to judge and discuss the reliable information out of all this information. What happens if we trust any information unconditionally? We will eat unhealthy food and lose a lot of money, and our lives can be ruined in the end. Here's the solution I think. First, as the professor said in class, 'Is it a proven publisher that produced the material?' Second, we have to contact a variety of information. If you look for various information on various topics, you will find something in common. That's the key point. (If you mention it in various articles, it increases reliability!)
We have access to information every day, but the important thing is how to judge that information.
