Today, we learned about the history of sociology. Why should we learn history? It was the first question of this class. I answered, 'We need to learn history so that we can move forward.' The professor said the same thing about me (there was treasure!). We get the power to live in the present and live in the present. Society began when humans were born. Therefore, learning the history of sociology is probably like learning a discipline that has existed since the first human years.

The dictionary meaning of 'society' means a group made up of groups. Can it be considered a society where two friends walk on campus while talking happily? Of course, this is also a society. In other words, society is created from the time humans are born, so learning the history of society is a very interesting and meaningful activity.


3.discussion


We should learn history. We can lay the foundation for the future and we can not repeat the same mistake by learning history. I think sociology is a very basic study for us humans. Countries all over the world have their own cultures and histories, but I think we have something in common, so we should study history and studies. In the picture the professor showed us at night, Korea was brightly lit, but almost all the lights in North Korea were turned off. I was very impressed with the picture and realized the social difference.

Summary Today's class deals with the comparison between sociology and economics, another discipline.  After reading this article (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economic_sociology) , I learned about economic sociology). Economic sociology is a study of the social causes and effects of economic phenomena, emphasizing the role of economic structures and institutions that affect society and exploring the impact of society on economic structures and institutions.
